Our property, portion 2 and portion 123 of the farm Diepsloot 388-JR, was sold to the Gauteng Provincial Government Department of Housing in 2009. This sale was concluded on the condition that SafDev be appointed (simultaneously with transfer) as turnkey developer/contractor.
After the conclusion of the sale to the GPGDoH, GPGDoH withdrew our township application for 5 740 units (see Tanganani Housing Estate below), replacing it with a new application (see Proposed Tanganani Extension 14 below) for some 7 900 units.
